Salon Policies

Arrivals

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, late arrival may limit your appointment time, if for any reason you are late to your appointment, please telephone call us on +44 7449 979 979 or message us on WhatsApp Messenger at +44 7449 979 979 to let us know.
  • For all new clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out a consultation form/ client record.

Cancellation 

  • We kindly ask for a non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total service cost. 
  • At least a minimum of 48 hours for cancellations to avoid losing your deposit. If we do not receive notice, the full appointment fee will be charged. 
  • Cancellations or changes to appointments can be done by calling us, if you are cancelling outside of normal salon operation hours you may cancel or change your appointment by emailing us at slsreception2023@gmail.com but this should be followed up by a telephone call during salon opening hours.

Gift vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for three months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the date of expiry. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Late cancellation and failure to show terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers, which will be voided at the salon should you fail to give the required notice.
  • Gift vouchers can only be used towards single treatments.
  • Gift vouchers can not be used to redeem any products.

Our right to change

  • If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances, we may need to cancel your appointment. In the event that we can not fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone at the earliest where possible.
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily, or permanently from this website from time to time.
  • We accept no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage that occurred.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available under any circumstances. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, we welcome your feedback. Please contact us directly so we can work with you to find a solution.

Your personal data

  • By booking with us, you agree to keep your personal record held in the salon with your full contact details, this will enable us to contact you in the event of any changes relating to your appointment.
  • We will treat all your personal information as confidential and will comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
  • We will ask you for your consent to receive marketing information from us, if we have your consent this information will only be used in the salon.

Payment 

  • We accept all the majority of credit cards and all debit cards. We do not accept American Express.

Your health 

  • Clients with any medical conditions or changes to health should let the therapist know as some treatments and products might not be suitable.
  • If you have any allergies, you should write this on your treatment form.

Retail products storing, refund and exchange policy 

  • With all tanning accelerators purchased in the salon, we are happy to store them in-house free of charge for 6 months from the date of purchase. Within the six months, you can collect your in-house stored product/s at any time, after six months we will dispose of any products.
  • We do not offer any refunds on used, or opened products.

Course redemption 

  • All courses can only be used by the purchaser and are not transferable.
  • Course validity lengths are variable depending on the course that has been purchased.
