Salon Policies

Arrivals

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, late arrival may limit your appointment time, if for any reason you are late to your appointment, please telephone call us on +44 7449 979 979 or message us on WhatsApp Messenger at +44 7449 979 979 to let us know.
  • For all new clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out a consultation form/ client record.

Booking & Card Details:

We operate a no-deposit policy. However, to secure your appointment, card details are mandatory for all bookings.

  • All bookings must be registered via our official booking link.

  • Clients have a maximum of 2 hours from the time of booking to enter their card details into Fresha.

  • If card details are not added within 2 hours, the booking will be automatically cancelled, regardless of whether the appointment was made by the client or by the salon on their behalf.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice: No fee will be charged.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours: A fee of 50% of the full service price will be charged.

  • No-show (failure to attend without notice): 100% of the full service price will be charged.

These fees will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

Gift vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for three months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the date of expiry. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Late cancellation and failure to show terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers, which will be voided at the salon should you fail to give the required notice.
  • Gift vouchers can only be used towards available  treatments.
  • Gift vouchers can not be used to redeem any products.

Our right to change

  • If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances, we may need to cancel your appointment. In the event that we can not fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone at the earliest where possible.
  • We may change, remove, or suspend any service or price at any time. Changes can be temporary or permanent
  • We accept no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage that occurred.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available under any circumstances. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, we welcome your feedback. Please contact us directly so we can work with you to find a solution.

Your personal data

  • By booking with us, you agree to keep your personal record held in the salon with your full contact details, this will enable us to contact you in the event of any changes relating to your appointment.
  • We will treat all your personal information as confidential and will comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
  • We will ask you for your consent to receive marketing information from us, if we have your consent this information will only be used in the salon.

Payment 

  • We accept cash and all the majority of credit cards and all debit cards 

Your health 

  • Clients with any medical conditions or changes to health should let the therapist know as some treatments and products might not be suitable.
  • If you have any allergies, you should write this on your treatment form.

Course redemption 

  • All memberships can only be used by the purchaser and are not transferable.
  • Memberships validity lengths are variable depending on the course that has been purchased.
