Booking & Card Details:
We operate a no-deposit policy. However, to secure your appointment, card details are mandatory for all bookings.
All bookings must be registered via our official booking link.
Clients have a maximum of 2 hours from the time of booking to enter their card details into Fresha.
If card details are not added within 2 hours, the booking will be automatically cancelled, regardless of whether the appointment was made by the client or by the salon on their behalf.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice: No fee will be charged.
Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours: A fee of 50% of the full service price will be charged.
No-show (failure to attend without notice): 100% of the full service price will be charged.
These fees will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
